Elementary Music

Our Creative Music Program offers students the opportunity to unleash their creativity in small-group sessions divided by age and musical ability. Groups meet three times per week. Over the course of the year, students will:

  • Develop technique & musical skills on their instrument

  • Develop social-emotional skills

  • Explore basics of composition & compose original music

  • Listen to & learn about music from diverse styles & genres.

  • Learn basic skills in music technology & recording

  • Participate in virtual orchestra & chamber music projects.

  • Engage in Youth Leadership & Advisory Council (5th Grade Students Only)

In addition to small-group sessions, each child will receive a weekly 30-minute private lesson on their instrument from one of our professionally-trained Teaching Artists.

Financial Aid is available.
