/ Tumor necrosis factor α increases the sensitivity of acute myeloid leukemia cells to cytarabine by suppressing miR-15a and inducing E2F7. Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is the most common form of adult leukemia, and chemotherapy is the main treatment. Cytarabine (Ara-C) is a widely used drug in AML therapy; however, it is frequently ineffective and causes cytotoxicity, resulting in bone marrow suppression. Inflammatory responses in the microenvironment contribute to cancer progression, but the role of inflammation in AML is largely unknown. This study focused on the relationship between inflammation and AML and explored the effect of inflammatory cytokine TNF-α on the sensitivity of AML cells to Ara-C. Here, we showed that TNF-α enhanced the sensitivity of AML cells to Ara-C in vitro and in vivo. Mechanistically, TNF-α suppressed miR-15a expression and induced E2F7, both of which contributed to TNF-α-induced AML cell sensitivity to Ara-C. In conclusion, our study provides novel insights into the function of inflammation in the sensitivity of AML cells to Ara-C, suggesting a therapeutic strategy for the treatment of AML.Q: How to configure multiple Mac minis to perform like one server? Here's my situation: I have a set of Mac Minis which I'd like to use as a NAS to serve the office files to employees who'll use them at home. So far, I've created a standard Debian Lenny install for all of them. The way I've done it is that I installed all of the packages on the Mac mini, formatted the drives, installed the bootloader on the main one, then let the bootup process from that run the rest of the install process on the others. The only problem I have is that all of them are on the same iSCSI network. They can all see each other and access the same servers, but I'm having issues where the users can't access files directly on the main server (which is the Mac mini they use). I don't have any RAID card, just a standard iSCSI setup. I'd like to think I'm doing the configuration right, but what's the right way to do this? Thanks! A: This question can't be answered without specific information about the network you are
