Our Story
Playing with Purpose is our annual benefit!
This unforgettable evening is filled with live music and DJ, friends, food, drinks, dancing, and special guests. This do-not-miss event is about coming together to help Boston Music Project raise the critical funds that ensure the long-term social-emotional and musical success of Boston youth.
Proceeds support BMP’s commitment to bring the joy and power of music education to over 2,400 children and their families every school year. Your support helps BMP to provide up to 80% of its programs at no cost to the student.

Our Story
Boston Music Project's vision is to decrease the disparity in access to the arts. Since 2011, we have grown from serving 50, K-5th grade students at Boston Public School's Josiah Quincy Elementary School to now serving over 2,000, Pre-K-12th grade students each year across 22 Boston schools.
Playing with Purpose is our annual fundraising shindig!
