Summer Programs
Summer is a great time to fun, sun, and summer music camps. Below is a list of summer programs that have a music focus and are reasonably priced.
The Boston Public School's Summer Arts Intensive includes week-long programming for BPS students in grades 3 and up in a variety of art disciplines. Band, Orchestra, Dance, Theatre, and Film programs will be offered between July 5th and July 19th. All programs are free to BPS students and includes breakfast and lunch. Click to learn more.
The Days in the Arts (DARTS) program is a summer residential program near Tanglewood that provides middle school students with a high-quality arts immersion experience, allowing each student to engage with and create art with their peers in a positive, non-judgmental environment. Longy's El Sistema Summer Academy is designed for students from El Sistema-inspired and community-based programs across the Greater Boston area and beyond. This program will foster friendships, enhance musical artistry, develop creative music-making skills, and promote leadership.
